Yes a direct swap. It's just bigger to make it smoother. You can take your Strada flywheel to a machine shop and have them turn it down a bit to get it even lighter than the motard. Mine is a motard and I turned mine down to get quicker revs. People complain about potential stalling on take off...

Two right pins are 46.8k ohm, the left 2 are 328.5 ohm

Which pins are the heater pins and which are the sensor pins? I have these eliminators too and can give you the values if you know the pin out

It is up shift only. The only one that does up n down is IRC last time I checked but it's been 2 years since I did the deep dive into what's good /bad/ ok. I switched from RB QS to Cordona stand alone set up.

You will need to modify your OEM shift lever, get aftermarket rearsets or get the Bonamichi shift lever. I also have the Bonamichi lever id sell too.

The Rapidbike Dimsport QS does work with the RB evo. In fact I think I have one I would sell. It came off my 821 hyper with RB evo tuner.

Melcodiag software with an OBD connector from lonelec will give you access to the ECU. Older bikes you can use this method to reset TPS but I'm not sure if you can on the 821/939, 950. I know there is a tab to do so but not sure if it's active for the models

I also had a drz400e that I converted to supermoto. Bored n stroked to 470 with wide ratio trans, pumper carb and big cams. Was a fantastic bike that hurt a lot of feelings.

The Strada has a heavier flywheel and different charging system. Other than that the engine is the same.

At 160lb in gear the 9.3 I switched to years back are spot on but I been dropping weight as of late(now down to 240lb in gear) things may change for me. I have been very happy with my set up. Tires read to be properly set up as well.

Should be 30-35% of total travel. Maybe I have it set at 55mm of sag. I don't remember. When I set it up I set it based between race n road sport bike specs.

260ish lb in full gear, for sag I believe inset it at 35ish mm. Front travel on the base bike is 175mm front and 150mm rear. The SP has more and the Strada has less. I have my suspension set on the tight side because I like the feedback. It's not so fun on rough roads though
