Have you verified all recalls/ TSBs are current? I have a '13 and there was an early limp mode/ power cut issue that was solved with a software update. Not quite what you're describing, but I'd certainly be sure the software is up to date.

I bought the DimSport model, but only because I can tune it with the RapidBike software.

I've had the DP touring screen since new in 2013. It's the best middle-ground of looks and function. I have a stubby CF and a giant touring screen. The stubby CF looks amazing on but just doesn't cut it for the way I ride. I find the giant screen I have doesn't help where I need it - shoulders...

26K on my 2013 OEM ECU. Have had a CEL for years but it would be weird if I didn't see it at this point.

Try the Booster Plug. Easy and affordable. If you have a full exhaust and no tuner, probably should lean that way. Get a hi-flow intake, as well.

Second the 916 as it was the first Duc I saw in person and fell in love. The SBK/ GP circuit from that time was epic.

Just takes time and finesse. If you ever swap to a rearset kit, you'll have to do it all over again. Just have to work the nut and plunger until it makes good contact. One man job but requires patience.

They included the judder spring in 15-16, which helped. I still think hydraulic clutch is the true fix. Best upgrade I did. I can practically dump it and won't stall or buck. My argument against Rexxer is it's a one time tune based on current setup. Why not have full control over your tune...

How did you determine my spring rate? I read a post that Fast Bike sprung a 175lb rider at 8.3 for this same set on an 821. Regardless, I have no means to investigate or swap for the time being. This is what I got so I'll re-baseline the settings and go from there.
