It doesn't seem like the battery to me. That thing is going forever. I'm definitely no expert. But to me, it sounds like the fuel in the cylinders won't ignite, meaning A/F ratio may be wrong. OK, yes, valve timing, clearances, compression, spark, etc. also might be wrong. But I'm assuming...

Mine hasn't done it since it got colder here. Only happens in 26°C or hotter. Full/empty tank hasn't made a difference so far.

If you figure it out, please let me know. Perhaps whatever is messing up your idle is also related to our stalling issues. I wish I had more time to dig into this, but I just don't.

Which probably does no good at all unless I strap the thing to the bike and take it for a spin - except it probably doesn't log, so I wouldn't be able to see what it's doing when the bike stalls out.

The bike is (usually) in neutral during hot starts. Doesn't seem to matter, but I will check that. It is entirely possible that the stalling occurs only during low fuel situations. I will keep an eye on that, and try to check tank level when it happens. Maybe it really is as simple as a bad...

I have a Rexxer, the TPS has been reset multiple times.

My bike also stalls randomly. Evap canister was removed last year - no noticeable improvement. No fix that I ever found, here or elsewhere.

Twice here. I should also mention that I was offered some parts from someone who insisted I use the "Friends & Family" method on Paypal, due to "account issues". Didn't smell right and was probably a scam.

I wonder if I could mess with the TPS signal, just a bit, to make the bike think the throttle was a little bit more closed than it really is. That might bump up the idle. Yes, I know it might mess up the mapping. I'm only talking 1-2% here. Purely theoretical, since I have no time to do this...
