Your butt sticks to the seat, so it's less slidey. I had to waterproof spray the material because it does soak up a lot of moisture (all alcantara does it). Comfort-wise, I'd say it's about the same as stock. Looks wise, 20x better than stock especially when my factory cover had a tear in it :p

Confirmed, 104A is made in Thailand and is the starter that was installed on my bike.

Take a look at your starter, it might already be a Denso unit. Look for the non-coated bolts. I'm not sure when the supersession happened and was implemented on the assembly line and parts fiche.
