    How to remove the battery??

I just disconnected the negative battery terminal then removed the ECM.. Makes things easy. Just don't turn the key. Did you get a battery tender installed by the dealer? Cause usually that cost is extra on top of the price..

Wrapping the red Hypermotard SP with new graphics

Some vinyl shops use a strong adhesive tape to seal the edges of heated vinyl.. I'm guessing they had to do that.

    Lower version of hyperstrada?

Doubt there's a VIN difference. It's probably just suspension geometry.

    Flushing the front brakes

I flushed the factory fluid without removing anything except the reservoir cap. No push back of the pads, no problems arose from doing it. I did the normal pump up slowly, hold lever, close valve when the lever touches the bar. Start at the caliper with the two lines attached to it, then move...

    Hyperstrada Photo Thread

bought a new lens for the camera.. not the best shot (cause I was parked after having a few).. but.. btw.. if anyone asks why I have chicken strips or possibly a forming flat spot on the tire.. it's because of Alberta roads like these.. and there's only so much lean angle you can get on...

Dutch HS enthusiast reporting for duty

Welcome abroad (soon).. at 5'6" and about 29-31" inseam you'll have no problem with the standard height HS.. She's a great bike once you put a few miles under your belt. Hardest part is mounting the bike is not hitting the mirrors or panniers with your foot.. once you're on it.. it feels like...

    Termi for $900!

Almost sounds like you're getting the full exhaust. If they let you keep the up-map key.. Would you be interested in selling it afterwords..? I'm wanting to find out if the programming can be installed on multiple bikes.

How do you fill up your Hyperstrada?

My low fuel light comes on early as well. Remember you've got a 16L tank, so if you're only adding about 8L of fuel when your light comes on, then you've still got about 7-8L left in the tank.. but from what I've heard, the fuel pump can't use all 16, it can only use about 15-15.5L. I consider...

How do you fill up your Hyperstrada?

For around town riding with gas stations close by, I put the bike on its side stand, with unloaded suspension (pull gently and it'll remove the sag) then fill to the bottom edge of the filler neck. I find it's the only way the bike doesn't puke fuel immediately out of the Evap bypass after...

    Termi for $900!

got one today but not sure what I got!

Welcome Andrew to the forum, only thing that would make your first post better would be adding a photo of you with the bike with a s#^t eating grin ear to ear.. Haha As far as the lowered seat, they are available in the Ducati Performance accessories book, but from what I've read, no one likes...

    Handle bar angle

To tell you the truth, it comes down to personal preference, those dots are just a rough guide for the manufacturer to quickly assemble the bike the same almost every time. For my personal preference mine felt better having the dot just above the split line.. As long as it's torqued properly...
