I think you are going to have an issue with blinkers if you use any tail tidy due to the exhaust location. I purchased the blinkers that supermfools sell. They are tiny, but very bright. Pics below

One of the bolt that holds the exhaust heat shield fell off. Replaced both with slightly longer screws. Used blue Loctite and a small washer. Hopefully it stays in place.

1700 miles later, my OEM rear tire is pretty much gone.. :mad: 99% twisty miles. About 30 miles of unpaved / gravel road. Always ran factory recommended pressure (2.5 bar F/R). Might need to calm down a bit when I twist the throttle.. ughh.. The 160/60s are $200+ for the Pirelli Rosso 4s.

👍That is a great tip. Thank you. Didn't occur to me at all. Right now the OEM plastic frame provides some crumple zone (my mesh is wrapped over the plastic frame), so nothing is touching the radiator fins, but adding a bit of foam around the edges is definitely a good idea.

I'll spray paint it black after a few rides and ensuring no more changes / modifications are required.

When reinstalling the seat, be cautious to not cross thread the bolts. For proper alignment, what I found works best (in my case) was to place the seat, Do NOT push the pins in the front and back, install the 2 bolts on either sides lightly, and then push the pins in and then hand tighten the bolts.

The lack of a proper front fender and the flimsy plastic radiator grille with giant openings had me worried about puncturing the radiator and leaving me stranded (not to mention the cost of repair and wait time for a replacement radiator). Since there was none in the market to buy, I made my own.

hard to see from your photo, but it is possible that the rubber thing where the metal pin plugs into is either missing or squished inside. Remove the 2 side bolts, pop the seat off and inspect. Compare front and back. while reinstalling, first thing to do is the thread in the side bolts...

Mine was definitely that.

Maybe due to the Li-Ion batteries which doesn't work too well at extreme cold. Turn the keys on and let it sit for a couple of minutes and the battery will slightly warm up due the lights and other electrical loads of the bike. Maybe that will help. 🤔

Sorry to hear that. I’ve had one big issue and my dealer is taking care of it. One of the bolts for the seat is damaged. It just spins. Cannot remove and take off the seat 😥 so no access to the USB or battery terminal or passenger strap. Dealer is ordering a new seat under warranty. We will see...
