For Sale 2013 Hyperstrada

I'm selling my HS. Includes touring windscreen plus a short sport windscreen, heated grips, clutch upgrade, new coils, new electronics, new tires, LED front turn signals, new battery, recently serviced and all recall work done. Mileage is 13600+ and will go up as I'm still riding it.
Best reasonable offer. Have clean title.

Here's the deal. The bike had disco lights failure. Took it to shady local dealership and it was repaired under recall warranty. Shortly after the repair the odometer stopped functioning. Took it back. $800 later and 2 days out of the shop I started having shifting problems. Downshifting now takes a notch up before going down.
Then awhile later I got disco lights again.

That shop ****** the bike up.

Now with quarantine I can't take the bike for repairs at another dealership in NJ and having my salary reduced 15% with 4 day weeks and very likely to be laidoff in October I can't get the bike fixed again.

I'm selling it as a parts bike now. Mechanically it runs and rides. But won't pass inspection.
I'll accept half of bluebook for it.

FYI: if I get laid off in October I will dismantle the bike and sell the parts on EBay. This bike has been a nothing but a heartbreaker so I've got no problem with parting it out.
