2016 Hyperstrada Idle and Rev Hang

I just picked up a 2016 with roughly 2700 miles on the clock, in great condition, up on all maintenance and runs well.

Idle is around 1500rpm + which seems high to me.

Rev Hang seems to be pretty significant as well. When I am at speed, say I am switching riding modes, I pull the clutch and let go of the accelerator, I noticed the revs hang for a good 1 - 2 seconds before the RPMs begin to fall, and even then it does slowly.

It's been a week since I rode my 14' Monster 1200s, but I am pretty confident, that there is zero hang and my idle is considerably lower.

The only change that I know of to the bike, it has a full titanium Akro system installed. The bike runs very well otherwise, and I can live with these issues.

Idle should be around 1300-1400 rpm. Your symptoms sound like what the 1st Gen's experienced before the TPS update. Does it also stall between gear changes in the higher gears?

No thank god, I haven't had any issues above 15 - 20 mph. Another symptom that cropped up yesterday, starting the bike can take 2 - 3 tries. It isn't the crank crank crank symptom where it cranks over and over, it's basically just not enough fuel.
