I keep hearing contradictory information regarding the 3 seat heights. My dealer told me there is not a lower version, just different seats, but that does not give a seat height of 810 or 31.9 inches. Does anyone know of a Hyperstrada that has a 31.9 inch seat height and if so, what is the trick to getting one?

My neighbours bike has a lowerd seat = 85cm - 2 cm and now they will adapt the front and the rear susp. to lower the bike another 2-5cm. He had to wait 2 weeks for the seat and now probably a week to fix the suspension. Knowing that his bike is already three weeks at the dealer without delivery and to see my bike everyday is killing him!!

I am thinking about trying to get my seat height down too. I am on my toes. When I sat on the bike at the International Motorcycle Show I was on the balls of my feet. Makes me think they had the lower seat or lowered the suspension.
Last week I took a trip with my wife and on a crossing there was an idiote in a car who apparently had no idea of trafficrules in Belgium and I had to stop quite hard. My wife didn't expect that so all here weight came down to my back and I nearly lost the bike.
I'm also on my toes with the bike so I almost lost my balance (with the weight of a person on your back) = forearm overloaded and a lot of pain while driving. So maybe I will lower my bike a bit to prevent such things in the future.

It is a stretch for sure, and I have 32" IS. Depending what gear you have on, tough to get over the panniers also. Now that I am running just a topcase, much easier to mount.
The brakes are very good for sure. This thing is so light and flickable with good acceration = FUN!

I have been in touch with my dealership as I am not happy with the seat height, they have a lower seat option (££!!!) which I am going to try on the first service.
Has anyone had the lower seat fitted yet?

There about £200.00 but spoke to my dealer and he will throw it in the deal for free.
Should be in the showroom next week.
