Today got a mail from the dealer, there is an new update.......
It is the third one for my bike.
Tomorrow i will find out what it is.

I never had any updates for the HS. Never got any mail either.

What is it about the clock...... Never saw anything wrong with it...

For my bike [01/05/13] there where 3 updates.
3 times the ECU, dont no what. .....?
And the clock in the display, you dont have to reset the clock after an update anymore.
Its an verry serieus dealer!

I wish Ducati posted updates on their website so we would know what is happening; like cameras and computers.

I had only one update so far after sudden engine stall in this July.
Should it be three times or once?

I hate to say but this is a typical Italian job.

Yesterday i had the leatest update, it was only one day old, so told the dealer.
The clock update is not important and de ECU....nobody can tell wat it exacly is, only Ducati.
It seems.....? the motor is a little bit smooter, but i can also be whissing this!
I think when you have the leatest update you have them all, but what and when is the leatest??

Thank you hdjan,

I taiked with dealer service man this morning. And cofirmed what happend on 11th July on my HS and what is the latest.

There was no announcement from Ducati Japan regading the ECU update.
But on computer system he found ECU update info and asked Ducati Japan.
DJ said to go ahead update and he did so.
And there is no update info since then

Then I believe that my HS is the latest version, at lest in Japan.

took mine for the 1st 600mile service the other day, Mechanic said there was a software update, but didn't know what it was for. he said don't ask cos i don't know lol.
I know that i had to reset the clock though when i got home.

With the leatest.......?? update you dont have to reset the clock anymore.
So there is one update to go for your bike.

every time I take the bugger in I have to reset the clock so now I made a note to tell them to set it before I ride off. If the software could do it, hmmm, modern technology, now to stop the brake noise, remove the grainy suspension and get the heated grips to be delivered. Next they'll be saying the earth is round - jeez.

With the "leatest" update you dont have to resent the clock anymore......but its an update of no important.
Could it by that 'we' have bought this bike to soon.....??

4th update

Today i went to the dealer for the 4th update.
3 cumputers in the bike are updated, he could not tell me wat the update's were.
Also the rear brake fluid is replaced, is was almost black.
The noise in the front [?] is probarly produced by the brake pads, he will contact Ducati.

A lot of updates, but great service by the dealer! In Amsterdam.
