These larger mirrors are infinitely adjustable and easily repaired with replacement mirrors within the unbreakable holders. The expensive Ducati handguards are really quality kit, and easy to see why they cost what they do. Superior aluminum casting with everything fitting perfectly.

I'll later decide whether to keep the risers for the mirrors. Right now the wide positioning allows me a clear rear view.

I have short, medium and these long RAM arms. The install required the Yamaha reverse threaded conversion piece. The silver bit on top of the mirror risers.

Makes sense, the stock mirrors kinda suck. Whenever I go from another bike to the Hyper I am amazed at what I can't see behind me.

I also had one explode by barely tapping a bush on the side of the road.

which unit did you buy? i don't see an option for ducati

I purchased components only: https://www.doubletakemirror.com/build/components

Add these to your order:

Yamaha Adapter
$5.00
Right hand Yamaha mirrors are reverse thread conversion. Some models (WR250s) are factory equipped with a reverse thread adapter. Please verify if your specific bike is equipped with the reverse thread adapter on the right side before ordering

Base Extension
$5.00
Aluminum extension with 10mm x 1.25 male and female threads
Works with standard Ball Stud Base to offer clearance in some applications

I have those on my CRF250l. Great mirrors. I have Rizoma 4d mirrors on my Hyper. While they look good they pretty much suck in terms of rear view.

I replaced the plastic hand guards on my 'tard with barkbusters. There was just enough room to fit the hardware on. They don't look quite as clean as the Ducati ones, but they're nice and sturdy and will probably hold up better than the handlebar should I ever need to test their durability.

The Adv mirrors are much better than the decorator Ducati mirrors as the shape provides a very wide image making vision of what is behind and the lane next to me visible. Helpful in traffic.

Keepers.

Any of you in this thread that got new knuckle guards would like to sell me a stock LH Knuckle Guard that you took off the bike?
I busted mine and I am in need of a new one..
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
