Hey guys, was wondering if anyone has an extra OEM windshield for their Hyperstrada. Mine is all scratched from the previous owner and I'd love to get a scratch free or lightly scratched one so it looks a little better. Anyone have a spare one lying around that you'd be willing to sell cheap? Would really appreciate it!! Thanks!

Have you tried one of those kits for polishing you're headlights? The kit I bought had sand paper pads with very high grit for problem spots may be with trying before you buy a new one.

Sorry, mate. I'm holding on to my stocker for that track day I need to pull the trigger on.

I used the 3M headlight restoration kit on some really oxidized Honda headlights couple years ago. It's pretty scary sanding the plastic into a grey mess but, damn if it doesn't come out like new glass by the final polish step. The 3M kit used drill bit sanders but my father recently used one that was all hand polish and it did the trick as well. Just turn on your TV after 3am if you need a list of possible products...

Hmmm.... I might have to try that!

I think the previous owner used a freaking scotchbrite pad on it or something to clean bugs off and that's what scratched it to hell.

He probably just took cleaner and spray to it for the bugs. I only hand wash visor and don't took the screen unless it's been washed. All that sand and debris will scratch that plexiglass real quick.

Yeah, cleaner and spray WITH the rough side of a scotchbrite pad. It's VERY scratched up. Looks like there's a million cob webs on it in the light. I've seen what paint looks like when someone uses a scotchbrite pad on it and this looks similar.
