Anyone with the lower or touring seat?

I am wondering if the pan is lowered enough that you can no longer fit the small tool bag to the bottom of the seat. Can the DP alarm still fit?

I want to add a fusebox under thee seat right on top of the ECU and am wondering if the lower seats affect the clearance.

What clearance lol, and no it doesn't affect it, its the same seat base with a different sculptured foam.

Yeah i tried to get a piece of paper under my HS seat once...

Not much space under the seat indeed. To fit the anti-theft alarm the litle mechanics tools had to be removed. Not enough space for both.

I think the seat pan is the same. I have the lower seat and they removed a lot of the padding. I don't like it on long trips. It's ok for my rides to work though. My tools still fit, I don't have the alarm so can't answer that.
