It's easy if you use the radiator end cover bolts. But I am not willing to risk damaging the radiator in a tipover....:(

The radiator bolts work if you're lazy or broke (guilty on both accounts). I think laying it over will be a big enough insurance claim that a damaged radiator won't matter much.

I do like the tighter profile of some of the members that fitted brackets. I'll put it on the list...

I have a light in the works that mounts to the radiator but sits flush with the outside, so it won't damage anything in a tipover.

May be a dumb question but why not affix them to the upper fork cylinders near the triple tree? It will move with the forks and keep the light on the wheel area better? Or am I missing something.

when you turn the bars there is not much room, it will hit the body panels. Unless you make it so they stick out and around in front somehow.

Hi guys...sorry for the late reply! And yes....I have bite the bullet and bolt it on the radiator as there nowhere else I could put. Bolting on the fork would not be recommended as its too heavy and vibrate. As my requirement to be clean look and no stupid metal hanging out, this is the only way. I have sold my bike now for a Multistrada....that's all the photo I could take before the new owner took it away.:(

Thanks for the pics. Interesting. So you made some bracket that goes on top it seems.
