i like mine as well. bit slippery with the leather they show in the photo, so take that into consideration. i got mine exactly as pictured minus the white corbin, which i had in done in black to hide it.
I have approx 1000mi on it, im 6'2" and 200lbs with a really bad back. I cant determine if its better for my back, but my butt can sit on it longer than stock without getting that weird half asleep feeling.
The seat has a more bucket shaped style. I feel more in place and more secure as compared to the stock. To answer your question, i do not believe it is slimmer. I have a bad back and I am really enjoying the seat, i was hesitant at first but its grown on me and it looks bitching in my opinion.
It's exactly he same size at the > part of the seat. It doesn't have the hooks to lock it down up front though.
I had a bit of a struggle with getting the rear pin to,seat correctly but a couple washers on the forward bracket that locks the seat down under the cross bar fixed it.
btw i have put about 2k mi on the corbin and it gets more and more comfortable. Only gripe is it keeps me pretty locked in so there isn't much moving around. Luckily it doesnt need it because its breaking in so comfortably. But I have a pretty small ***, so if you have a bit of heft in your rear end I wouldn't recommend the corbin because you're not gonna fit very well

Glad I searched. I just got mine tonight and it is about 1/2 a hole off being able to latch at the back. I was thinking I might be able to notch the forward bracket but your solution will be tried first.
No Joy, it is just too long for the bike. I even took the front bracket off and it would not go far enough forward. With a heavy heart I guess I will try and return it.
