Hi guys, my hyper 821 is wont rev 8.5

I got new air filter and spark plug and still stuck (every gear).

When i get to 8.5 i have red light and i feel the bike is stop.

Did anyone had this problem and know what's wrong?

Usher,

Doesn't sound like "limp mode"; a protection that limited RPM to I think around 6K.
Does it cut out at 8.5 exactly, every time? Does the red light blink? Where you in inclement weather with traction control on?
Only unexplainable engine cut off I had was when I pinched the main fuel line under the fuel tank. However, it was based more on throttle percentage than RPM - if I asked for too much fuel, it would choke. If you removed the fuel tank or fuel pump recently, check that line isn't kinked.
Good luck.

I believe htere is an 8k limit when it thinks your clutch is pulled in or when it's in neutral. Check your clutch switch and neutral terminal (back of motor)

It's your clutch switch, almost certainly. Did you install aftermarket levers? I had the same issue and had to tweak the metal lever that engages / disengages the switch which resolved the issue.

He seems to have solved this problem, saw his post on the Ducati forum. It was the switch problem

Yes, i find what's wrong.
Turns out it's the micro switch near the clutch.

I just opened and it's look like little bit open so i close this switch and now the bike if reach over 10 RPM

Thank you very much friends, I really appreciate the help!!
