Ducati Multimedia System for the Hypermotard 698 Mono

Does anyone else have the Ducati Multimedia System installed on their Hypermotard 698 Mono?

I ordered online and installed it myself.

It will connect to my phone, but I can’t get the Bluetooth menu to come up on the bike.

Does it do the turn by turn on the dash?

Does the Bluetooth need unlocked by the dealer?

What is the part number for the Ducati Multimedia System for the 698 Mono?

I'm assuming it's Ducati Part No. 96681481AA... I don't think it needs to be unlocked by the dealer, because Ducati dealers are selling/shipping to customers without additional requirements or instructions.

The part number on the plastic case for the unit is correct, but maybe it wasn’t programmed right from Ducati.
Brought it to the dealer and the computer says it is the wrong module.

They got the blue tooth menus to show now, but it doesn’t connect to my phone.

What is the purpose of the module? To control your audio from phone to ear buds? Skip songs, select play lists, etc?

Control audio and it also gives you navigation prompts on the dash.
