Sometimes I think about how this might look in real life.

doesn't look bad at all. i was also considering a beakless hyperstrada as it is there simply for aesthetics with no visible function. more powerful aftermarket lights for touring can be mounted in place of the beak

great, thanks for the link. just how i imagined it to be. looks like a wannabe streetfighter... looks ok to me. the aesthetic appeal is still there, imo

with the beak, we are limited to a few choices of aftermarket lights being that there is hardly any place to mount them. beakless should solve the issue where to hang those blinders. a simple bracket mounted to the lower triples should do it

I think I like the side view better than the front. Not awful but there'd need to be something under the headlight. Lights could work, or maybe a custom bikini fairing could replace the windscreen and wrap around the light.

I wonder about transplanting another headlight and fairing combo that offers a different, maybe even adjustable, screen.

Not trying to be anti-Hyperstrada but if there were a MonsterStrada 821 I'd have picked that. I know the Monster is supposed to be naked and whatnot but if they could throw strada stuff on a Diavel then why not. I loved the look of my 2010 Duke for years before I bought it. As time has gone by I think my tastes have gone back to a more traditional standard look.
