just wondering where everyone puts the ezpass. i asked the registry and they had no idea

Unique as in, I'm the only one that can't figure it out. Or unique as in I am the only one with an ezpass

- velcro to the windshield
- velcro on top of tank
- on top of tank bag (if you have one)
- ****** pocket of your jacket
- clip it on your left hip
- mount it on your helmet ala go-pro

it is a transponder (almost size of a cigarette pack) that you preload with a certain amount. used to pay cash less toll fees on expressways/highways. whenever you arrive at a toll booth, the sensor detects your ezpass and lets you in by lifting up the boom, instead of paying cash. the system then deducts your preloaded credits by the amount you have to pay for using the expressway. very convenient as the queue for ezpass lanes are short and faster to get through

i'm sure there is a similar system in other countries but just call it differently

Thanks for the ideas. I had thought of a lot of those ideas but I did not know if there was a regulation spot to put them.

I just meant I've never heard of an EZpass though it makes sense there are allot of tolls in that area of the world. We used to have something similar but the toll was removed and the card was the size of a credit card but thicker. So it was no problem to put in a jacket pocket

Ducati has a special kit for this, it's called a: "Box for highway toll payment device".
Number is 96780251A and will set you back $59,-

According the ducati site it unleashes the true touring spirit.....:D

I put mine inside the right hand guard with Velcro - fits perfect and not as ugly in my opinion as taping it on your tank etc. I'll try to take a picture this weeken and upload it.

I leave mine at home. As long as your plate and bike are registered on the ezpass website with the transponder, they just automatically charge you from the photo they get of your plate.
