Hi, do you also experience false fuel reserve warnings with continuous resetting of the trip fuel indicator?

I once ran out of fuel after the indicator had stabilized, showing only 27 km remaining.

I refueled and discovered that the tank capacity is 11.2 liters.

Marce: I haven't personally experienced that problem, but the tech said my bike got a dash firmware update during my mille chilometre service today.

I have around 1000 miles on my bike and track the fuel consumption on every fill up. The fuel light comes on at 1/3 gallons left, so roughly that would be 3.8 liters when the light comes on for you. I know I can ride around 30 more miles before I really need to put gas.
So basically I reset the trip meter on every full tank, the light will come on around 80-100 miles and I know I really need to put gas around 120. You can probably push 150 miles out of a tank but it’s not worth risking it.

I experimented that fuel light remains on when 1.5 liters are left in the tank, allowing almost 27 km. I confirm that the real fuel tank capacity is 11,2 liters.
