Feels rough

Back today from a 1200kms road trip. Noticed this time, the bike felt very rough and vibby overall. I felt there were too many vibrations overall than usual. Didn't hit high speeds and was cruising around 130kmph or 120kmph most of the times.
Wonder if anyone has experienced this? all I did was get a 15,000kms service with oil change(300v 15-50) and new spark plugs and the technician also told me that he had done some APC/TPC resets.
Or is it just because my bum was sore and the foam on the seats is wearing thin?

Bring it back and have them double check their work.

Did the service include new Cam Belts? If not tensioned correctly, they can cause a rough feel from what I'm told. Mine were just replaced and have a different "feel" than before ... actually a bit rougher than before replacement. Maybe they need some time to "break In"? dunno on that one. Only 2000 km so far, hope it get better but not hopeful.

I also have NEW chain and sprockets but it could be Hubb bearings I guess? ... it's not bad ... but not perfect like the NEW demo Strada I rode 6 months ago.

A Rough feel could also be caused by worn Chain & Sprockets. A worn front sprocket can really give a rough feel when lugging the engine a bit. A worn chain just makes this worse. Also, it's important the chain is in alignment, running fairly straight.

Last thing I could think of would be worn wheel bearings or bad Hubb bearing.
Good luck! As noted above, let the dealer mechanic ride your bike, get his opinion.

Valves? Well, not the belt, if the teeth are properly aligned.

Maybe the shims need to be checked?

Frankly, to smooth any engine I first try additives to clean the injection.

A worn chain and sprockets will definitely affect driveline snatch etc. Even a loose chain is very noticeable on this bike. But, and honestly no snark here, is it possible for the chain to be out of alignment on a single sided swing arm? That, I thought, was one of the benefits of the set-up.

No they did not replace cam belts and neither was the tension checked. Didn't get a chance to ride her again. Will do one more run on higher octane fuel and see if that helps, getting higher octane fuel on the highways is impossible and ask vehicles here run on 91 unleaded standard fuel.

Will try the additives.. good suggestion. Whenever possible I always try and use 97 octane but during longer distance it's impossible to get premium fuel.
Will try the liqui moly fuel injector cleaner and valve cleaner , if that doesn't help them will take her back to the tech.

With 15w50 oil my bike made all kinds of noises and vibrations. Using 10w40 of the same brand eliminated alot of the noise and vibration. Sprocket chain tension also made a big difference. When I bought the bike, the chain was excessively tight. It was jerky, twitchie and noisy. I decide to do some investigating(i assumed the previous owner had the bike adjusted within limitations, I was wrong). Just sitting on the bike made the chain banjo tight. I adjusted it to within specs and everything was more smooth and even less noisy.
