Decided to replace my fork oil today.
15000miles and coming up to four years.
The oil that came out looked surprisingly clean, however the left fork had 100cc too much oil in it.
Mine is the low version and has less oil in the forks. What came out measured same as the standard strada.
Refilled with Motal 7.5w with correct amounts in each leg.
Hoping for a smother ride now. Just need storm Doris to bugger off.

Yes, removed the forks. Top cap off, upside down and pumped fork to get the remaining oil out, all into a measuring jug to see how much was in each leg.

My dealer replaced my fork oil with a different weight really early on to soften the ride. They're still ****. Though, I doubt many drive as I do on the Syrian battlefield network of roads that connect the commonwealth of Norfolk, VA. I seriously check that **** hasn't fallen off at every other light.

The roads are **** here, full off potholes and bumps. Speed humps everywhere too.
Weather not bad today since the storm bomb Doris has passed. I'll be going for a ride later.
