I am selling a rear shock off my crashed 2015 'Strada.

It's Ohlins TTX technology with adjustable preload, compression and rebound. The length fits 2015 or 2016 standard Hyperstrada or lowered versions from previous years.

The shock was purchased in 2016 and I have ridden less than 3000 km on it.

I am selling it for € 990, shipping anywhere to Europe included. The original price was € 1790 incl. VAT.

I have this same shock installed on my 16 939. Big difference from stock, really plants the bike. However I only paid $1500 here in the US so maybe your price is a little high for a used shock. Esp considering the Euro conversion.

It's effectively half of the EU price for almost new shock. I believe my pricing is more or less right for Europe-based fellow forum members, then. But I am still willing to talk about the price if anyone's seriously interested.
 
is it for a normal height or low height HS ?

2015 und 2016 HS are not per se low. Maybe 2015 821 model, not the 2016 MY 939 one.

my 2016 939HS is the same height as my former 2013 821 normal height HS.

It is for MY 2015 standard height.
 
No one? I am ready to discuss the price further if anyone is seriously ineterested.
 
Just to clear any confusion for someone interested, all 15' model year bikes are same as the "low" from 13 & 14.

But we do not know if Cervs bike is MY2015 or just a 2014 leftover.
So, now we do not know more than before.
Last post from Cerv says "standard height".

sorry, for me its still unclear - in your first post you write

in an other post you write - "standard height".

I own a MY2016 939 which is definitly no lower version, it has the same height like my former normal 2013 821. I had them side by side in my garage, exactly the same height. So, something is still unclear for me.
I would be interested in it, but need guaranty that it fits my 939.

From where in Czech Republic do you com from ? Maybe we could meet at Austrian/Czech border to compare your rearshock with my bike ?

If it's definitly a lower version, i am out.
 
Ferdi the dealer told me, and I think I read it somewhere that all 2016 939's were lowered versions. There was no options when I bought mine for anything else. Of course this was in the US so may be different in Europe. If you look up your VIN # on Ducati's website it will state low or not.

What I know for sure:

- my bike was MY2015
- it was stock suspension length, I didn't ask for a lowered version and wasn't offered one neither
- when ordering the Andreani shock I ordered it for Hyperstrada 2015 (just one length was on offer for the 2015 model year)
- it fitted the bike as expected

I live near Prague. I wouldn't object to making a trip to the border if the deal was likely, though. Alternatively, I can measure the shock for you if it would be of any help.
 
On the Ducati site if you compare bikes, you can see the rear suspension travel.

2013-2014 Hyperstrada is 5.9 in. or 150 mm.

2015+ Hyperstrada is 5.1 in. or 130 mm.

2017 Hypermotard is 5.9 in.

i would not 100% trust in websites

fact is that my 2013 821 was exactly as my 2016 939, and the 2013 definitly was a standard one, no lower, one.
I measured all heights because i definitly did not want a low version because on track my standard version already scratched foot pegs and brake lever.
Maybe US models and EU models are really different in height, but i do not believe that.

How about € 849 everyone? Alternatively, give me your offer if you are interested but have your own (reasonable) idea of the right price.
