Givi E370 Tech Monolock Top Case

The E370 Monolock Case is a mid-size top case that is perfect for storing a helmet when you arrive at your destination. A single key secures the lid and removes the case from the bike. The E370 latches into a Givi Monolock top case plate which can be mounted to most OEM luggage racks. For bikes without factory luggage racks, Givi may have a bike-specific Monolock rack that is sold separately.

Note to prospective purchasers: the Monolock range from Givi is intended for commuting use in urban areas. Those intending to go touring at higher speeds are recommended to buy a top box from the Monokey range as these come with sturdier mounts and attachment plates to help prevent any 'dismounts' at higher speeds...

Thanks for the information toeslider. I haven't seen what you said specifically, but the monolock does have a lower load capacity than the monokey. For a bike like the Hyperstrada, I personally think the monolock is a better choice, since it's not a touring bike. I find the monolock case and mount to be sturdier and better built than my OEM Triumph Tiger top case. I also don't believe there would ever be an issue with high speeds, I have been in the triple digits several times without issue and I'm not sure how it would dismount. Granted, you can't put 70lbs of gear in it, but I have easily put a full trunk of groceries in there serveral times without any wobble or issues.

If anyone has questions, please let me know.
