My girlfriend is ready to go for a ride on the hyperstrada...is your significant other ready to ride your new hypermotard?

Yep, the wife wants to go for some rides. I'm sure my daughter does too. I had her out a couple of times on the monster when she was home from college.

Oh....are you suppose to tell your wife about the new toy? I will let you know what she thinks when she notices the new work of art in the garage....

Same here, but she is interested in me going for a demo on it. She really liked the Multi12 2up tho, so big shoes to replace.

So is the Strada for your wife or for you?

I really like the 660 Tenere it's too bad they don't imported to America

I am fortunate enough to be getting the HyperStrada as a second bike. I also have a BMW K1600GTL for 2-up purposes. The Hyper is MY toy and is a gift to myself and being paid for with the money I am saving from quitting cigarettes 6 months ago.

Good for you Wild Bill on giving up the habit!!

Yep, Strada will be just for me. My wife has an IS of like 25" and I have lowered every bike she has riden, so she will be 2up if she rides this one.

Mine was never excited about bikes... But did not really bother me
about riding.... Until.... I did a 70 mph low side at New Jersey Motor Sport Park
Four broken ribs, separated shoulder, wrecked
Triumph Daytona 675 later.... well, that has changed.
Traded in my two sport bikes for a Hyperstrada. The track days are off
the menu, for now.

"With less, but more manageable power, almost 30 lbs lighter and a seat almost 2" lower than your MS 1200, it could be just perfect for either one of us" ...my wife says?!... :(

You could be right and the HS sure looks nice but I think I'd best wait until I (we) can test drive it first... not sure if it will "fit" both of us riders?...

you guys are funny...
There is no way I would two up with my husband. I ride my own bike lol!!!
I love the road too much :)
Cheers!

My wife wanted a bike. I sent her through the Motorcycle Safety class but was unable to pass. I fear for her life, her coordination is not the best and her lack of attention to what is going on around her would result in her demise. We have been together 26 yrs and I real don't feel like trying to train another LOL. She agrees with the decision too. There are some people that are out there that should not be riding on the street, she is one unfortunately.
