You need screws and spacers; I installed with pannier kit so my list is: 1x Ducati Multistrada 1200 top case plate MN# 96700610A (mine came with mounting screws 6pcs.4x Convex socket cap screw M4x16 Incase Multi plate comes without screws2x Short spacer (when installing with side pannier kit)2x Socket cap screw M8x402x Socket cap screw M8x451x RH top case linkage (support arm)1x LH top case linkage (support arm)2x M6x40 and some washers to fill the gap, I used 3 washers per arm. this is to connect the arms to the plate .Please check instructions before you buy anything
