Grand tour de alps

This year i'm planing a Grand de Alps Tour a round 10 days.

If anybody have Helpful information regarding Hotel, route and other info i need. Pls let me know!

Bin dieses Jahr selber ca. 3 Wochen in den Alpen und eine Woche lang nutzen wir die Unterkunft als Ausgangsbasis.

A few years ago we (European Multistrada Meeting) were in Sospel.
Nice Hotel with bike garage and swimming pool, just above Nice.

It's called Hotel des Etrangers.

Best bike garage i've Event seen was in levico Terme. One evening we've counted 127 Bikes in there. There are also some hotels i used during my tour through the french alps. If want to Ride in this area, i can give u the names And adresses.

Tomorrow we start the tour 3000km in 9 Days!

I have now done about 4 trips of the same distance on my HS, although in 5-7 days. So far, the bike has performed flawlessly, more so than the pilot!

Have a great trip and watch out for crazy Italians, they're all on holiday this month. I look forward to your report and pix.

Nimm ne ErsatzglÃ¼hbirne, Ersatz Blinkerbirne und nen Kupplungszug mit. Das ist auf meiner 2800km Alpentour alles liegen geblieben =(

So I'm back home, we did 2902km through the French Alps and I had no problems at all! Pictures are coming when I found out how it works!
I had no problem with the Clutch cable is well.

Little info on the side, if you leave the key in the park position and noticed it after 5 hours no problem the bike still starts!

I don't understand what is the use of that "parking position" function? We can always park in a well lid area....its just draining off the battery.

Exactly the park position draining the battery! I turned the key accidentally in the park position, i didn't notice

it was during day time!
But still after 5hrs no problem to start the bike
