Hi I'm upgrading the handlebar and risers on my 939 ... does anyone have some input on installing the new risers and how to tighten/align them also not too sure if the risers are sitting properly on mounts is there some mods that need to be carried out? it's rizoma bar and risers ... thanks in advance

Hi there Steve... Just to note the stock bars come with pre drilled holes to allow the controls on each side slot into place, you will have to drill the Rizoma's... Im thinking of doing the same thing myself also with Rizoma bars to make the bike a little less wide to help me get thru my side gate!!!
Hi ... thanks yes they have to be drilled... the bars look heaps better ... my issue is how the risers are sitting on ... they don't sit on the vibration damper like the oem ones .

To solve this problem i used the hyperstrada originals spacers under the Rizoma risers, works well. I did not drill the Rizoma bar, i just cuted the slots on controls and it's fine, they don't turn arround the bar. To align well the risers, yes it's a pain, if you have a good solution...
