I recently bought a new '13 Hyperstrada, and like it a lot. There are more comfortable bikes, but they are heavier and not as much fun to get on and just go. Nicest bike for around town I have had. I love the old 900 SS CR on the open road, but not so much in town, in traffic.....

OK, I just ordered the medium windshield from CalSci (only size they make for the Hyperstrada, so far). I will post with some feedback on how well it performs. I am 5' 8". The standard screen is quiet for me, but does not offer much cover on the highway - let's try this other one!

Welcome! I'm Cville born, raised, and educated. Spent the last 10 years in NYC, but moving back to Cville in the fall. Would be great to meet up!

LOL, nice description...

Actually the wrong part ended up being shipped and I received the MS version. Sent it back, of course. Service seems good. Not entirely sold on the gauge and/or stiffness of the plastic. Meanwhile, I have looked into and almost ordered the Puig one, in the dark version.. but I was at the Winchester Ducati dealer yesterday and decided to order the Ducati Touring version. Should I have bad buffeting, I can return it for a re-stocking fee. I really won't know until I ride with it for a while.

So far I am pleased with the Ducati Touring screen. I will definitely keep the original, as it may be a bit cooler for the hottest weather and good for some local riding. It’s so easy to change from one to the other and nice to have options. For highways, the Touring version is much better.
