I live near Helston. Bet it's a bit dryer where you are. Can't be much wetter than it is at the moment. 196mm in January and more for cast for today!

Right now, yes, it's drier. It's just coming to end of the Cool Season, the temperature will start to increase soon upto around April time, when it gets quite hot and very very humid.
From May/June we go into the rainy season. It's very wet then (but in reality often rains during the night), however Cornwall has nothing on a Tropical Rain storm (luckily they typically last only an hour or so).

Hi Guy, Omg you sure are getting some rough weather at the moment. Had a great week at Newquay / Padstow area last year Sept. time and hope to pop down again soon when it stops raining ^^.
