Hyperstrada 821 Starting Problems - Low Compression, Zero Intake Valve Clearance

Hyperstrada 821 2013, 45200 km.

The bike do not start at all.
Earlier it start when the engine was cold. If it then stoped, not possible to start again.

At last I found that compression was 4 bar at front cylinder and 6 bar at rear cylinder.
Checking the valve clearance, all intake has 0.00. Should be 0.10 mm at minimum.

I did valve adjustment/check at 28300 km at a Ducati shop.
At this time the valve clearance should have been min 0.10 mm on the intake.

During 17000 km, the vale clearance har gone from 0.10 mm to 0.00 mm!!
According to scheduled maintenance the valve should be checked every 30000 km.

Has anyone else experienced the same phenomenon?

Good news!! What was it. All I could think of was something involving the timing belts or the mechanism - something that affected both cylinders at the same time.

I have talked to both the Ducati mechanic and a friend of mine, who had a motorcycle workshop many years ago.
The only thing they could think of was it had to been some worn in the valve or valve seat (probably not), or that the valve seat has moved inwards. Ducati has loose valve seats.
My guess is that the valve seats were not installed correctly and has now moved, because all the 4 seats move the same distance.
