Issues with my dealer for warranty issues

I have had my ducati for almost 3 months now & I have 8,000 miles on the bike. The brakes have been squeaking for 6,000 miles & have continuously let the dealer know this. Also, my throttle has began to "stick" when letting off the throttle to slow down & the bike does NOT slow down! They have been unable to replicate the issue, therefore not going to put in a warranty claim.
They replaced my dash last week b/c my total odometer reading went out & now my keys have to go through a programming stage each time i start the bike even though they said both keys would be programmed...
I also, continuously shift into "nothing" around 3rd & 5th gear a lot.

Btw, I raced motocross since I was 9 & had sport bikes since i was 16 & have put 60,000 miles on bikes before this one & i am 24...I know how to ride, but this bike is a complete let down & I wish I had stuck to asian bikes... haha some joking in that last statement, but I want ducati to make this right some how.

Damn. Hate these stories.

For the brakes, you can show him the numerous threads on ****** stock pads. See if they'll at least buy you a set of HBC's.

If you just don't want the bike anymore, this is a good opportunity to ask the dealer to buy it back from you. If they truly believe nothing is wrong with it, they should offer you full trade in or good credit towards a new bike.

Ask the Dealer to make an appointment with an Ducati representative to clarify your problem!
