Limiter Light

Hi guys
I need information regarding the Limiter Light. The limiter light has a steady red on all the time even when my bike is parked and switched off. I sent it for diagnostics and they said after doing computer diagnostics all is normal. I'm not sure it it is, I always see this light blinking after using th the bike and switched off. Hope to here comments and suggestions. Thank you

It's normal to see the red light flashing when turned off. I believe it's to alert that the bike is equipped with an immobilizer which requires a key with a chip to start, i.e. hotwiring it won't work.

And it only blinks for about 24 hrs without starting, maybe a little more or less.

Rapid flashing while riding means you are at the rev limit or traction control is kicking in.
