Just picked it up today.

Love it!

Very similiar to my last bike, Multistrada 1100S. But, it has somethings stock the Multi lacked; like bags, sump gaurd, outlets, and it it lacks the one thing I didn't like about the Multi; that strange front end.

I'll miss those Ohlins, but as a commuter bike the Hyper is awesome!

White is the fastest color.

Congrats.

Glad you're happy with your new bike.

There's plenty of info on these forums about what owners have done to theirs. If you start to feel like you really miss the ohlins suspension and don't like how the front end feels on the HyperStrada, I'll be the first to say you can get pretty close with some upgrades to the front fork.

Give it some time, see how you like it. If you start dislike it, look for posts from me and others about what's been done to the forks. I'm happy with my upgrade, which really helps deal with NYC roadways.

Thanks

Thanks for the tips.

I did a bit of reading to much sure I could upgrade the forks before I pulled the trigger. haha

I didn't want to spend the coin for an SP with Strada upgrades, but I needed to make sure there were options for the suspension, first.

I'll start doin all the easy, fun stuff, first. Levers and iphone mount with SAE to USB, and what not.

The forum has already been a great help, even before I bought it.

Yea it kinda sucks they weren't just regular 12v outlets but the powerlet really are supposed to be better.
