I've been lurking on here gathering information the last few winter months. I was finally able to take a test ride last week when the weather cleared. It had a lot of expectations to fill after all the glowing reviews I read. Let me say that it did NOT disappoint! 10 mins in the ride and I still couldn't wipe the ear to ear grin off my face.
Today I finalize the paperwork and took advantage of Ducati's 0.99% promotion. Purchased the bike from Fast by Ferracci and they gave me a great deal on a 2013 leftover. Jim over there is a great guy and I highly recommend them. I'm replacing my Honda CB1100 with the hyper and using it mostly for commuting, light touring, and 2 up riding with the wife. Also have a 2012 Triumph Bonneville and 2014 MV Agusta Brutale 800 in the current stable.
Hope to gain some more knowledge and be able to contribute back to the forum.
