oil change

I've changed a lot of oil in my time, and I always remember the little capacity of almost ever bottle says "1 Quart/ .94??? Liters".

Now those Imperial Quarts...that will take an entirely new thread.

the manual says (.87 gal) , does that mean (87oz)
and this one i don't understand- (3.3 cu.dm liters) ?

No. It means .87 gallons.

There's 4 qts. in a gallon.

4 X .87 would be 3.48 qts

3.3 cu.dm liters = 3.3 liters.

There's about 3.8 liters in a gallon. take 3.8 X .87 and you end up with 3.306 liters.

It's a beer thing - a pint is 20 fl. oz. in Old Blighty. Quite simple, really.

a simple question and everybody beats around the bush, no one can give a straight answer, i'll figure it out

Put you're bike on its centre stand and fill until you see it half way up the window. Please do not start the bike if the window is fully covered.
