Rear Ended on my 1 month old Hyper

Totally horrible commute going home yesterday. Lane splitting in NorCal. Moved in front of Toyota Sequoia to let other biker pass me....... Problem is guy in Toyota wasnt paying attention. Hit his gas pedal 3 times before hitting the brake

Hopefully totaled so I can replace with new bike

WOW. I can definitively say I am glad I don't have to ride in heavy traffic on my commute. Glad you're alright!

Whether or not the bike is gonna be totaled though, I'm not certain. The photo doesn't seem to show much damage, unless the frame or subframe are bent. Now if it had this damage and was dropped on one side, then it'd say for sure it'd be totaled.
