For Sale SOLD

Not sure if there is any interest in this, but when I bought my Hyper it had a seat that had been modified for the shorter female owner. I never used it and found it uncomfortable, but I’m not short enough to need it.

I was going to toss it but if anyone is interested in it as either a low seat or basis for a custom project I’d let it go for $50 shipped. Shipping seats is very expensive I just discovered so this would basically cover my costs.

I’ll add a picture later, but it’s just a stock seat scooped out to be a bit lower. I’ll leave this here for a week or so. Garbage day is next Friday.

** edit- I noticed a small tear in the bottom edge of the seat when I took the pictures. Not sure if I did that or if it was there when I bought the bike, as I have never used the seat.

There's quite a bit of interest in the seat. So far 4 guys have responded to me. I'm replying in order and giving each an opportunity to pay before moving onto the next.

Please be sure to check out the pictures I added, as there is a small tear in the side of the seat. I don't want to misrepresent anything.


** and to answer a couple of questions I received via Private Message:

- the seat came off a 2013 Hyperstrada. I *think* the seat is the same for all years of Hyper
- I'd say it's 2 inches lower than stock. I found it even more uncomfortable than the stock seat, which is also terrible. Seat comfort is super personal, of course
- I have never taken the cover off so I don't know if it's new foam or the original seat that has been carved out. I suspect it's the latter. If it was custom made for a girl then that might explain why my bony *** finds it uncomfortable
- it was modded by a place called Rich's Custom Seats. The previous owner had moved to Chicago from Washington and told me they used Rich's for multiple seats in the past
- I no longer have the bike so I can't take any comparison pics or show it mounted. I just sold the Performance seat I had listed here so I can't compare to that one, but this is probably 3-4 inches lower than it
