Starting problem, to much fuel?

Hyperstrada 821 2013.
Starting bike from cold works fine. But if the bike suddenly after a couple of minutes stops, maybe I drop the clutch to fast, it will be hard to start again.
To me it sounds like the engine got to much fuel, because of cold engine. But as the trottle is ”ride by wire”, it is not possible to open and ventilate away the fuel gas.
Any hint what to do?

Weak starter most likely, once the engine warms up it's harder to turn over. People who have replaced the starter have found that it was probably arcing as you can see scorch marks on the wiring. You can put up with it if the problem isn't that bad or replace with a better desno unit.

This was a symptom of bad starter from a while back. My bad starter was the exact opposite.

So I replaced the start motor and the cables and now everything is working better than ever.

This is what I bought:
