Want To Buy Stock hyperstrada windscreen & bracket

Hey all,
I'm looking for a stock hyperstrada bracket, and possibly the windscreen.

I have the 'motard, and I'd like something to keep the air off my chest only. I had the Ducati touring windscreen and it was too tall for my liking. I think the small carbon fly screen might be too small (plus it's like $200...). The aftermarket options look funny to me. So I'm thinking a stock 'strada windscreen, maybe modified?

Anyone have input, and/or the stock parts they'd be willing to let go? I need the bracket because I don't have the type that has the mounting screws.

Thank you

I've got a spare headlight mounting bracket on my parts shelf that I'd be willing to let go. It came with the "carbon ducati wind deflector" kit.

As far as wind deflection goes..;

Carbon one, sends the air to your chest.
Stock HS screen sends the air to your neck and/or shoulders.
Extended HS screen send the air to your visor.

Stock screen is pretty good, but not a styling wonder. If I was getting a new screen I'd look at the MRA double bubble. Half the price and at least as nice ( I think). You'd still need the bracket.

hey kuksul08 did you ever find a stock strada windscreen? i feel the same about the touring screen. too much buffeting at the helmet. hopeing the stock stada screen would do the trick.

No I never did. Just a badly broken one. Since I'm going to cut it up I am too cheap to buy a new one!

I thought you were just going to get a $35 new one from the dealer?

Still looking for the windscreen. It's $227 from the dealer :(

I know there's gotta be someone using a puig or the touring screen that has a stocker laying around.
