Hi, just bought a 2014 hypermotard 821 SC. Previous owners took of the handle bar guards so it came with no turn signal. owner told me the engine light comes on because of that and it does only come on once you turn on either of the turn signals. I added 2 third party turn signals in the front which work perfectly. The bike also has a 3rd party rear tail light which has resistors and also works fine. I figured out you can check the error in the menu and I see it’s listed as “Stop light”. I’m assuming this is the rear brake which also works as intended with both the front and rear brake. Essentially, everything is working as it should but the error and engine light come on whenever I turn on the signals and then go away after about a minute once I turn them off. Any ideas what this could be?
