Lol, there's the "tool box" holding the 5 mm Allen key, but that's the suboptimal extent of it. I keep an HID ProxKey in the emergency info pocket on the left sleeve of my Klim jacket, for access to my parkade. My FasTrak sticker transponder works reliably for toll roads on the backside of the front "cowling" (number plate) bodywork.

Maybe a tank bag, tail bag, or fanny pack would do it? Alternatively, I'm sure you could jury rig some mushroom fasteners, or velcro, to get the job done.
