The bike is more of a Hypermotard SP+ with a slightly lower seat higth, around 34.5 inch I think. Always parked indoors, never ridden in th rain. It's a Queen.

I see a top box mount. Is that the factory top case kit?

You could probably return to stock and sell it for nearly same price while making a couple g's selling the extra's. I'd entertain that Ohlins rear shock.

Yes, factory tail rack.

Sad to see it for sale, that's a great price for the right buyer. What's your next bike?

790 Adventure R. I retire in a couple of months and lose my indoor parking. Don't want to keep the Ducati outside. More to the story. I hate to let the bike go however it was always in the cards. At 60 years old I decided to ride a motorbike around the world. I had never ridden, owned or had a motorbike license. I bought a Honda CRF250l and modified it to tackle the RTW. This was in early 2017. That summer I rode the Honda to Montana on the first leg of my ride which I would complete the following summer. As I was a beginner I needed a bike for the DC area so I could continue to improve my riding skills. This is exactly what I did with the Ducati, plus of course I transformed it. If I had my own garage I would keep it, but I'm trying to simplify. The Honda lives in Montana and the KTM will be here or Europe. I am planning on another RTW with the KTM so something has to give. I believe the bike is sold to a forum member and I am happy about someone getting it who appreciates it. It's a beautiful bike.

Nice, I was wondering how shipping worked for RTW riding. Adventure 790 is a sweet bike. If I was a little crazier and money wasn't an issue I'd consider turning the hyper into a more enduro focused bike.

I came as close as I could! It's such a fun bike. There termi + tune + airbox smoothed the thing right out, and then the suspension! I'm talking myself into not selling! Seriously there is someone here who really wants it so if logistics come together I'll sell the Duc.

I really loved the 939, especially after my mods. But I got bored with day rides and love long distance adventure riding. The range isn't good enough, and with the high termi luggage also become hard. Anyway I had a hoot riding and modifying it and dang did it get comments. I even had a motorcycle cop wave me over just to talk about the bike. He love it!

I sold it to a member who is getting a great deal and seems super excited.
