Suspension differences 2014 vs. 2015

I am considering options to upgrade the suspension on my 2015 Hyperstrada. But I am not sure what can be combined with what as I don't understand the hardware differences between the model years. (To be specific, Andreani offers front cartridges for 2014 and 2015, but rear shock just for 2014. So I don't know if it's possible to order just the cartridge now and add the shock later and if combining 2015 cartridge with 2014 shock would work.)

Does anyone know what precisely did Ducati do to lower the suspension travel from 150 to 130 mm for 2015? Thanks.

Sorry, about the differences i do not know anything.

But, if i were you, i would wait until the specs or first tests for the new HS 939 MY2016 will be out after EICMA, maybe they have improved suspension which eventually could be used or backfitted.

You can upgrade the front before the rear. Perhaps a letter to the manufacturer (showa? KYB?) would get some answers. Most complaints focus on the front.

I parked my '13 high next to a '15 low and it seems as if they took out fork travel. The difference was quite visibly noticeable.
