Tapered handlebar size?

Can anyone get me the OD measure for the 698’s tapered handlebars, in the center portion at the fork clamps?

Need to know if the 22/32mm range of peak design’s new bar mount kickstarter for phones is compatible.

I’m currently away from the bike but recall the bars seemed pretty thin. The Ducati spare parts catalog is sadly very shy about providing dimensions.

Calipers indicate 1-1/8" but they still look thinner than that to me. Thanks.
