I bought the Ducati top box for my Hyperstrada in July. Mostly so my wife can have a backrest when riding pillion. Here is my report:
Pros:
- Secure and comfortable for it's intended passenger.
- Big enough for a full face helmet.
- Easy to remove
- Matches the panniers
Cons:
- Very expensive at $850.00
- Gets wet inside in any rain, no matter how light
- No integrated lock, and the included padlock is the same POS that come with the panniers
- The colour has faded from black to dark grey on top after one summer, stored indoors.
I would recommend it because it fits so well, but it has major shortcomings.
