Is anybody using alarm systems on their bikes? I was going to go out of state for about a week and plan on buying an alarm in the next couple days. What's everybody using?

Hi Riders, Has anyone fixed up the Ducati Performance Alarm on your hyperstrada? Ducati Hypermotard & Hyperstrada Antitheft System I like the neat, tidy and crisp plug and play installation. Unfortunately I was advised not to get ducati alarm. Any comments and views please.

The first addition or upgrade i will do to my bike is an alarm system. I see that ducati offers an alarm system but ive also looked for aftermarket systems like Rlink and even lojack. What do you guys think would be the way to go?
