    Raising the bars

I feel like I could do with about an extra inch of height on the bars. I know a few of you guys have raised them. What's the cheapest and easiest way to achieve this in your experience?

Difficulty is knowing what pull back, rise, and width to buy. Its hard to judge on the bike. If anybody has any information on the standard...
