I bled my rear brake and was 33% successful: the previous 3 inches of travel has been reduced to "only" 2 inches of travel. So that equates roughly going from "this is f'ing useless" to "well... it will keep the bike from rolling when I'm stopped". This was doing remove rear caliper, bleed...
