cleaning

So the year before last I took the hyperstrada off-road a bit. I have the Ducati racing seat. It's very nice btw. Unfortunately, I got quite a bit of mud on it and never worked hard to remove it. I washed it again today with just a nice auto exterior wash/shampoo. Didn't seem to help much...

I have read the cleaning procedures in the manual, but does anybody have any additional techniques/products they use? Is there anything available that helps keep them from fading? Thanks, RAT

I went for a four day romp thru the Appalachians, returning yesterday. My black "textured" saddlebags have grown several stains. Do any of you guys know what's best to remove stains? Thanks much, Jim Ford

Hi What are you guys using when cleaning the bike? Degreasing, shampoo, sponge, etc. And how do you do to make the bike look "new" as long as possible?
